Happy Wok in Wilton

I love their fried chicken wings, shrimp fried rice and shrimp vegetable roll.

Good food it is expensive

Best chinese food in the area. I tried other Asian restaurants nearby but their food tastes lacking and isn't as fresh and good as Happy Wok. Those who complain that the food is greasy, haven't had truly greasy Chinese food. My only real complaint is that the dumplings are doughy, the wrapper could be thinner. The prices are fair considering that the business is located in high rent Wilton. I grant that it's not much of a sit down place, it's for take out or delivery, if you live nearby.

Happy Wok is fantastic. Great food at a great price. This blows their local competitor Hunan Cafe out of the water.

Typical cookie cutter American fast-food Chinese. Cheap and quick, but the kind of unnatural food that makes you feel pretty gross afterwards, because human beings were simply not meant to digest such garbage. Eat real food!

The service was great, the food was fresh and delicious

Food is okay and they are one of few Chinese places in the area that deliver so we used to order from them whenever we had a craving for Chinese food. The people however that run this place are incredibly rude and have no shame about how they treat their customers. Once when I was picking up food, the lady at the counter watched me as I was signing the receipt to see if I would leave her a tip after screwing up our order and getting mad at me for pointing it out. Another time I called to place an order for pick up and they wanted to charge $14 for a side order of tofu. When I asked why it was so expensive, the man I spoke with yelled at me and said “these are our prices if you don’t like them go somewhere else.” and then hung up on me. So that would be my recommendation, go somewhere else. Reiki Sushi is really good as well and deliver. Hunan Cafe is also around the corner, reasonably priced and they believe in being kind to their customers.

I order from Happy Wok at least once a week. The triple szechuan delight was so good and spicy, my six year old loved the shrimp! The employees are all very friendly and provide a warm inviting atmosphere.

OK Food But Needs to Reinvent Themselved

Ordered "Seafood Delight" which was supposed to have lobster in it.Instead they tried to pass off snow crab as lobster. Makes me wonder what other cheaper ingredients they try to hide in the food.

This is good food

some of there best stuff is not on the paper menu. they have a chicken pad thai that is quite good (it is sweeter than spicier)also the have baby bok coy and chicken thats great.it might look like a greasy spoon strip mall Chinese restaurant but there food is really a cut (or two) above. There lunch is the best deal around Wilton

Well theres no doubt that the last review was written by staff. There are 3 cheap tables. The price is average, but food quality is very poor. For the same price, you could have much higher quality food from Hunan Cafe a block over. If you need a large dose of grease and need to throw away money in your wallet, this is your place. Otherwise keep looking.
